Principals’ Visions for the Future of Education

In these short interviews, the principals share their perspectives on ethical challenges,  responsibilities, and the role of AI . These insights aim to help key stakeholders and school leaders in understanding how principals perceive both practical expectations and best practices for AI use in education.

Why These Interviews Matter

  • Interviews provide insights into how school leadership strategically integrates AI into the school's vision, helping teachers, parents, and governing boards understand their long-term planning, resource allocation, and policy framework.

  • Interviews provide insights into the systemic challenges and opportunities principals face at an institutional level, enabling district officials, policymakers, and educational technology providersto design better infrastructural support, funding models, and equitable implementation strategies.
